The Pillars of Wellness is a one-time purchase training made up of six in-depth lessons. Each lesson teaches you how to evaluate what’s happening in your body, ask the right questions, and choose practical, non-invasive ways to respond.

Rather than guessing or immediately outsourcing decisions, this training helps you understand how to think through health issues using a structured, values-rooted approach.

The six pillars you’ll learn to work with are:

Within each pillar, you’ll be guided through:

THE ESSENTIALS OF WELLNESS STARTED AS A STUDY OF ME FOR MYSELF
It was born out of necessity.

I’ve spent most of my life learning how to manage a body that requires more nuance than standard advice allows.

Aches and pains that didn’t respond to conventional explanations or fixes.
Weight gain that made no sense given how carefully I was eating and moving.
Energy that kept shrinking no matter how “healthy” I tried to be.

I wasn’t careless. I was paying attention.

So I did what we are told to do. I asked for help.

What I found instead of help nothing short of exhausting.
Buckets and buckets of pills to choke down as stand-alone answers.
Eating plans that caused unwanted weight gain simply from the stress of trying to maintain them.
Blank stares when I asked tough questions about how my body actually works.

The holistic health guidance I was given didn’t translate to my body.
  • It seemed that all the wellness gurus claimed certainty in their approaches, but the results didn't match their hype.
  • What appeared to help others often created more strain in my system.
  • Sensitivity was treated as failure instead of information.
And the medical system was worse.
  • Dismissive. Arrogant. Rushed.
  • If it didn’t fit neatly into what insurance paid for, it wasn’t worth discussing.
  • Drugs, tests, or simply removing the organ. That was the menu.  
None of them really helped me understand my body.
None of what they offered taught me how to work with it.

This is a place for people who don’t fit neatly into protocols.
