Here’s What We’ll Cover

These are the six essential aspects of wellness.  Each of the 6 core modules includes rich, digestible teaching + simple tools and prompts to help you integrate what you learn into your real life.

1. Rest + Digest

Calm your nervous system and create the conditions for healing.

We’ll talk nervous system regulation, sleep rhythms, and the signals your body sends when it's stuck in "fight or flight." You'll learn how to downshift your system naturally so your body can absorb nutrients, process toxins, and begin to feel safe again.



2. Move

Support lymph flow, circulation, and cellular vitality—without burnout.

This isn’t about workouts. It’s about daily movement that energizes you, rather than drains you. We’ll cover fascia, lymphatics, rebounding, and how to find your flow especially when you’re running low on spoons.

3. Eliminate

If it’s not coming out, it’s staying in. Let’s fix that.

You’ll learn how to support the body’s built-in elimination systems—bowels, kidneys, skin, lungs—so toxins and waste don’t recirculate. We’ll talk binders, hydration, drainage, and why you should never start with detox pills alone.

4. Evaluate

Learn how to read your body better than a practitioner would.

No expensive lab tests needed—we’ll walk through physical signs, symptom patterns, and simple tracking tools that help you know what your body needs now. This is the same process I use with 1:1 clients to map their wellnes plan.

You can’t heal in the same environment that made you sick.

From mold to EMFs to microstressors you didn’t know were draining you—we’ll cover the big ones and the sneaky ones. Then you’ll learn how to create a space (and schedule) that supports healing without needing to throw everything out or live in a bubble.

6. Nourish + Nurture

Replenish what stress and depletion have taken.

Long-term stress, restrictive habits, and toxic exposures can leave the body low in key nutrients, minerals, and energy reserves. In this final session, we’ll focus on rebuilding through foundational nourishment—targeted repletion, nervous system support, and practical ways to restore what’s been worn down over time.

And for most of my adult life, I’ve lived in a body that carried pain—sometimes physical, sometimes emotional, often both. It felt unpredictable and hard to navigate, like I was constantly trying to make sense of what my body was asking for without a clear map. But over time, that started to change. And now I’m here to share the tools and insights that helped me reclaim energy, clarity, and a deeper sense of ease.
