Step one! 
Let's Breakdown the Components! First up Ningxia and WATER!

NINGXIA RED

Days 1-3: drink 12 oz of NingXia Red a day spread out. 4x4x4 or 2x2x2x2x2x2
Days 4-14: drink 6 oz of NingXia Red a day spread out. 3x3 or 2x2x2 **Example: Day 1-3: 4oz in the morning, then 4oz noon and evening or 2oz 6x a day as desired.
Whatever works best for you, your energy levels and your lifestyle. Once you order NingXia Starter
You will need a total of 102oz NingXia Red to start.
EXTRA PERK For added energy and "clearing the fog" in your brain, drink one NingXia Nitro any time between waking and 4pm.

 WATER
 
Drink good, clean water. At least half your body weight in ounces. (100 pounds = drink 50 ounces of water daily)
