Rest & Digest

Your body can’t heal if it doesn’t feel safe.
This pillar is about calming the nervous system, prioritizing deep rest, and creating space for the parasympathetic processes that drive true healing. Breathwork, sleep, stillness, warm meals, gentle presence.





Move What’s Stuck

Lymph, fascia, energy, emotion—it all flows together.
This isn’t about intense workouts. It’s about intentional movement that supports circulation, detox, and release. Think walking, stretching, vibration plate, fascia work, rocking, shaking, lymph massage.




Eliminate

If your drainage pathways aren’t open, nothing else can move.
Supporting your liver, lymph, kidneys, colon, lungs, and skin to let go. Dry brushing, sauna, sweating, hydration, mineral support, and practices that gently move toxins out instead of stirring them up.




Evaluate & Adjust

Healing isn’t linear—but it is trackable.
Tuning in regularly to assess what’s working, what’s too much, and what’s ready to shift. This includes journaling, muscle testing, symptom tracking, intuitive listening, and asking: 
What is my body saying today?





Clean Up Inputs

Small swaps make a big difference over time.
Reducing the burden of toxins in what you breathe, eat, apply, hear, and surround yourself with. Mold, fragrance, plastics, overstimulation—all of it matters. This is about creating an environment that supports healing instead of sabotaging it.




Nourish & Nurture

You’re not just detoxing—you’re rebuilding.
This pillar is about giving back to your body with nutrients, joy, beauty, and care. Mineral-rich foods, supportive supplements, connection with others, spiritual practices, time in nature, laughter, and creativity. This is where replenishment and joy live.
WHERE I'VE BEEN:

I’ve had symptoms that neither doctors nor natural practitioners could explain. I exhausted my energy chasing every variety of pain through the farthest corners of my bodyonly to feel like I was playing a losing game of whack-a-mole, with new issues popping up for no clear reason.

These are some of the issues I've faced:

  • Hormonal swings that brought heavy, never-ending periods that left me drained and anemic.

  • Upper back pain that would appear what felt like randomly - like a pulled muscle.  The pain would radiate up into my shoulder and even into my eyes and teeth, and then down through to my low back as well.  

  • I piled on physically painful pounds of weight out of the blue even while continuing the same diet and exercise.

  • My joints ached so badly that standing up for even a few minutes felt like a monumental effort.

  • Lipedema and stagnant lymph that felt like concrete hardening underneath my skin.  There were areas on my legs and arms where the fat was painful to the touch.  Yes - my fat actually hurt.

  • Detox protocols never felt like relief. They came with headaches, joint flares, emotional outbursts, and days where all I could do was sleep and wonder why this was happening to me.


In the middle of it all, I started picking up on patterns.

Clues that felt like the pieces of a puzzle coming together

A better understanding of how the body works, and what really causes it to have dysfunction.

Slowing down to really hear what my body was yelling instead of just trying to get it to shut up.

I made one small, doable change at a time and noticed that one by one the symptoms would disappear.

As the deafening cries from my body subsided, the energy and the confidence to go after my passions began to return.
